I have not received any tax forms?

I am aware that it is time to fill in my income tax forms but I was under the impression that they are getting sent to me and I have not received anything, is this correct?
Is May 31st the deadline?

In the meantime I have managed to downloaded the two types of forms that I believe that I will need (2042C & 2047) but they were for 2010 so I’ll have search again for 2011. I have received my Attestation Fiscale 2011 so I have that information but I don’t know if I should just go ahead and fill in the forms or wait for them to get sent to me.
