How will the merger of micro-entreprise and auto-entrepreneur affect a micro?

I am confused of how the recent merging of a micro-entreprise business in France and auto-entrepreneur affects a micro-entreprise.
- Will former Micros still report to the same agencies, or will they only report to the RSI as auto-entrepreneurs do?
- Will they need to make revenue declarations?
- Is it yet possible to use any of the sites available to auto-entrepreneur’s such as lautoentrepreneur.fr?
- Are there any other differences between the two that I need to be aware of?
