How to pay cotisation foncière des entreprises (CFE) online?

My husband set up an auto-entrepreneur business in France, and last year we registered successfully online to pay cotisation foncière des entreprises (CFE). However, I have just learned that we are obliged to pay online by 28 October. This time I cannot seem to find the method to make the payment, although I have accessed my account from last year. Also, do I need a special bank account to make this payment?
