How to categorise goods on the on line entrepreneur registration form?

I intend to sell a variety of goods at French market business, including jams, chutneys, cakes, sweets, gifts, jewellery and would like the freedom to add ranges in order to test the market to see what sells. The food produce is bought in, not made by me. Is there a category which allows some degree of freedom?
