How much tax and social charges do foreign earnings incur in France?

I would like to know how much foreign earnings incur tax and social charges when declared by a French tax resident, for:

  1. Self-employed business profits
  2. Employment salaries

These would be from Jersey and therefore no double-tax agreement but would like to know how they would be treated in France regardless.
