How much should I get reimbursed for health expenses?

I am still waiting to receive my carte vital, but I do have a social security number as I’m registered as an auto-entrepreneur. I have recently had to make quite a few visits to the doctors and have sent all my receipts off to RSI. I have just received some cheques from them but I cannot understand why I have received so little. I have sent off a total of 163 euros and have received back two cheques amounting to 34 euros. How much am I suppose to receive back as this seems such a small amount?
