How much discount to retailers?

I sell leather items online and want to further grow my sales by developing a network of shops to distribute my products. The shops will either buy the products on a cash basis or I will leave them with the items for a specified amount of time (sort of depot vente) and collect cash (or product) at the end of this period. Given that I’ll then take the role of a wholesaler, what % off my actual online retail prices should I give these shops, i.e. what discount on average is given to retailers in the leather goods sector?
