How long does it take to get a carte vitale?

I have registered as an auto-entrepreneur on 14/3/13, have my siren number and issued first 2 invoices. I have received choix des institutions d’adhesion from AG2R Humanis and Malakoff. I have completed the AG2R one endorsed re ne pas employer salaries. I have had nothing re carte vitale yet - should I have or do I need to do anything else?
