How does a gerant majoritaire of a SARL receive payment?

I have never made a payment to myself in a year since the company started. And now I would like to receive some remuneration, as gerant majoritaire. Can I freely transfer money between business account and personal account to receive payment? I read something about decision of general assembly, or once the amount is fixed, it takes time to to change it. Can I receive payment whenever I want or are there specific regulations to pay yourself?
