I would like to set up a SARL with my family and register as a gerant minoritaire non renumere.
- Can we all be registered as non renumere?
- I believe that if we don’t earn any money, then we don’t pay any cotisations, but what percentage do we pay if we earn money?
- How do I start to set up the business?
- We want to do English immersion stays from home. Who do we pay cotisations to for this?
The reason we would like the status of gerant minoritaire is that we can not afford to pay 3,000 euro if we don’t earn any money.
