I’m interesting in starting a voiture de transport avec chauffeur (VTC) business in Paris. I am professional driver with 10 years of experience. At the moment I have same service in Croatia. I have completed a transport manager course which was required to start chauffeur service in Croatia.

What is the best way for me to start same service in Paris?
Can I start a business in France and hire local people with required education?
