How do I sort out my ACCRE application?

I was unemployed and receiving Chommage before I set up my business. I filled in all the forms to apply for ACCRE and sent them to the correct department. When I notified Pole Emploi of my change they checked the forms and said if I hadn’t heard anything to assume all was OK. I have now just received my first Declaration Trimestrielle and the social charges are not reduced - where do I go to try to get this sorted if I can now?
