How do I set up a business in France to sell items I make on a market?

- If a person is registered as a consultant (Liberale) wants to do more work, by making and selling things in a market (Artisan), do they have to register with the Chambre de Metier as well?
- If so, do they need to pay to register and complete a week course as they are already a micro-entrepreneur?
