How do I register different business activities in France?

I want to set up an auto-entrepreneur business in France for myself but am struggling with all the different classifications of professions and activities. I am an architect, a photographer and a videographer, and would very much like to be able to do all of these. Architecture in a sense that occasionally working for somebody else’s office, not executing projects alone; photography in terms of working as a photographer (shooting weddings, for example) as well selling prints through my website, videographer as providing video making services to companies and musicians.

What do I register as?
Where do I pay my social charges (and how, actually?)
Is there a limit of how many activities one can do under one SIREN?
