How do I open an auto-entrepreneur business online?

I want to open two business activities in France online. My thinking is to open up an information technology (IT) publishing business and a cleaning business. I have potential opportunities for both in the first quarter of 2016 and so would like to register now or at least before December - to start operating some time between January and March. I am trying to select relevant APE codes, they could be:

What is the best process online:

Do I register auto-entrepreneur for the IT side (revenue is split 70% 30%) then add in the code for the cleaning, or another route?
Once I have two codes do I need to have multiple customers for each element or does the multi customer rule span my overall status and not the individual APE code?
Can I add two APE codes at time of registration or do I do this later on the CFE website once I have the original confirmation.

I don’t plan 100% occupancy of time as I intend the total operation time to be part time, i.e. maximum of 3 days a week. Does this affects how I register in any way?
