How do I make a 2016 tax declaration in France?

I’ve been in business (auto-entrepreneur) here in France since January 2016. I’ve heard I have to do my tax declaration until the end of February 2017 to get back half of my costs for my babysitter and housekeeper. How do I do this? Obviously, this is the first time I have to do it. Is there a possibility to make an online declaration?
