How do I get my carte vitale?

I think I have everything I should have done to start as an auto-entrepreneur. I already received a letter from INSEE informing my SIREN and SIRET numbers. Now I am concerning about the carte vitale, what should I do next to obtain it? I chose Prevadies to be my assistence mutuelle bit I just found out that Prevadies changed for Harmonie Mutuelle. Is this going to change anything from now on?
