How do I get my auto-entrepreneur registration certificate from URSSAF?

I have recently become auto entrepreneur and have received a Certificat d’inscription au Repertoire des Entreprises et des Etablissements (SIRENE). I have applied for work at University Mireil and they are asking me for a certificate from URSSAF that my company has been registered.

How do I obtain this and can it be done urgently as the university needs it immediately?
What are my obligations re declaring and payment of charges as auto-entrepreneur?
How do I make declarations and payments?
Do I need to make declarations if I am not earning?
