How do I fill in my tax form?

1. Do I have to put 0’s in the boxes where I have no income i.e; no pensions, on any of the forms?
2. Should the amount entered for AE earnings be before quarterly deductions or after?
3. Where do I enter AE earnings on form 2047? And as I have no other income is that all I need to put on this form?
4. Which parts of 2042 and 2042c do I fill out?
5. Is there anywhere, where I can look at samples of these forms filled in?
