How do I calculate superficie totale des locaux?
Having just registered as an auto entrepreneur business in the last few weeks I have now received a questionnaire to complete from the impots - Objet: Questionnaire relatif a l’activite professionnelle. It is not cotisation foncière des entreprises (CFE), although it asks a lot of the same questions.
My business address is my home. How do I calculate the total area? Is it the total ground floor area plus the first floor area added together? Is it the outside measurement or inside measurement of the house? Should I also include the barn which is attached but separate to the house in the calculation?
I will only be working in other people’s houses and gardens, therefore I presume it is perfectly acceptable to state under the usage question that all my house is d’habitation.
