How do I add my wife to a Carte Vitale in France?

I am an auto-entrepreneur business in France and pay tax as such. My wife works in Switzerland and pay her tax there but also declares it in France. I have a Carte Vitale for France.

My wife pays mandatory health care in Switzerland that apparently entitles her to be covered in France and claim back for health costs. Everytime she goes to the doctor she gets documents which she is supposed to claim back at some points.

She is now pregnant and going to be using the French healthcare more. I heard that as we are married she is entitled to a Carte Vitale also - how do I go about arranging this?
