How do I add my business bank account to net-enterprises?

I’ve opened an account and am registered with net-enterprises, received a letter confirming this I’ve gone on and declared my auto-entrepreneur earnings. I thought I had added my bank account, thought it was all paid but didn’t receive an email confirming payment, and nothing has gone out of my account. I’ve put bank details in again as but when I validate my bank account details it does nothing. I read that another window should open I’ve tried on two different computers, do you know what I’m doing wrong?
