How do I create a company in France to legalise my earnings as a writer?

I am going to begin writing full-time and plan to make this my main source of income. Since I will be writing in English for the American and / or British market, all money I will potentially earn will be coming from abroad. I would like any earnings to be declared in France for retirement, social security etc. How do I create a company in France to legalise my earnings?
