How are social charges calculated when switching to EURL?

I’m thinking of switching from prof liberale status (not Auto-entrepreneur) to an EURL. I’m confused about how the social charges will be calculated. I’m already paying on a monthly basis. Will I be able to continue payments based on current calculations, or will I be required to start from scratch as a new activity? I am not changing activities, just structures. I expect my revenues will stay the same for at least the first year or two.
