Help with finance towards our children’s schooling in France?

Are we be entitled to finance towards our children’s canteen and school expenses in France (they are 6 and 8 years old) but I don’t know if we are eligible or where to go to apply if we are. Our business income was 1,300 euros in 2013, 27,000 euros in 2014 and 25,000 euros in 2015. I know that this is outside your area of expertise but you have been very helpful in the last few years so would be grateful for any advice that you can give.
