Healthcare for a dependant spouse.

I have registered a micro-entreprise without my spouse as a conjoint, and thought she would be able to get healthcare via me as my dependant. I understand from RSI that this is no longer possible and that dependant spouses must now apply via CPAM in their own right.
Would this still be the case if she was a conjoint via my micro-entreprise? We will both be paying tax in France as we both live here permanently now, but her income comes from rental income and dividend income from her UK limited company, and so she will not start paying tax until her first tax return is submitted next year.
