Guide for registering through Artisanat?

Do you have any guides for registering as an Artisan through artisanat.fr? I’m just getting stuck towards the end where it is asking for Assurance maladie (travailleurs non salariés). I don’t have insurance yet, as it would have been through my wife’s work, but she’s still navigating the paperwork to get all of that. And then the screen after that, Imposition sur les bénéfices Régime d’imposition en matière de TVA. Also, when it asks for my titre de sejour number, would that be my vignette number, visa number, or OFII number?
