I’ve been researching laws and regulations in France related to email marketing. I found this article but it only general information.

Now i understand it is best to discuss these matters with a qualified attorney. However, just so we also have some overview, is there any website which micro-entrepreneurs can refer to for updates on current/changing laws for micro-entrepreneurs and specifically for email marketing?
