Forming auto-entrepreneur for myself and partner?

We had various correspondence last year on the above regarding our gite rental business which I manage and the sejours linguistique business that my partner runs. The sejours linguistique is run in our house and the holiday rental business is run in a separate house which is attached to our house but totally separate - we are a very long longere.

You checked with authorities and advised us that it would be allowed for us to register two separate auto-entrepreneurs one for the sejours linguistique in my partners name and holiday rental side which I run in my name. We now want to go ahead with this option with you doing the registration work for us to ensure we get it right.

1. I understand that as soon as we are registered we will be covered for healthcare - is this the case for us as if we register in January we will not have any income until April as both businesses are very seasonal with all income coming in between April and end October?
2. Can you check again with the authorities that we can still have the two auto-entrepreneurs from the same address as we don’t want to find that things have changed?
3. As we would be setting up two auto-entrepreneurs would we get a discount?
4. Once things are set up and running would the set up price include help with completing the returns and other forms we may get sent?
