I have received the paperwork from the chambre de metiers to enable me to register a business with the registre des metiers. The form R CMB is the same one that you gave me the link to. There are 4 pages and they appear to be duplicates except on one copy questions 13,14 and 15 are blank. Can you tell me if I need to fill In all four or just two and if two then which two. Can you also tell me where I can find the list of numbers for APE codes.
