Eurl or Sarl for a chalet business in France
We are Pinewood Chalets we set up last year working under another company called Hucksters. We run a 12 bedroom ski chalet in Serre Chevalier.
We are hoping to become french registered for the new year and start running our business ourselves. We have taken on a lease for the Chalet, and also another lease for 5 luxury apartments (all part of the same building).
We have been collecting lots of advice to help us move our business forward but its all been very conflicting.
First of all we want to separate the chalet and the apartments. We are not sure what is best for us, whether it be to set up a SARL or EURL. We will also be hiring 2 staff members from the UK. Advice on the best way to go about this would be great. We have a UK business account and a French one.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
