EURL/EIRL tax implications of overseas work?

I am an accompagnateur en moyenne montagne - at the moment I am tax resident in the UK but hold a carte professionelle (libre etablissement) and am fully legitimate to work in France. I want to move to France full-time and open a trekking business. However, a lot of my trekking activities will be in Italy.

  1. I believe that there may be some tax exemptions on business undertaken and profits made outside France - am I correct in this?
  2. As part of my trekking business registered in France I would contract hotel accommodation and catering for my clients - would this be counted as part of my business turnover?
