EURL closure and micro-entreprise creation overlap?

I created a entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée (EURL) for my small business in France in 2008. The accountant that I originally worked with never filed some papers of preliminary registration with the greffe. I only discovered this problem in February of 2016 when I attempted to obtain a K-Bis. My present accountant who took over my file from accountant number one originally told me that the problem stemmed from no proof that I had made a bank deposit of 100 euros to create my business. I have had a business account in France since 2008 and was never notified of this error by them or the accountant.

The greffe is requiring proof and the bank has no proof of the deposit. I have been in the process of attempting to close this company with my present accountant for months now. The EURL bank account was closed in March since I never realised this problem would continue for so long. I am continuing to receive bills for cotisation payments from the RSI that I can not afford to pay. The RSI is asking for proof that my company is closed. This finger pointing has been going on for months now.

I created a micro-entrprise business in April 2016 in the hopes of getting my same business on track eliminating monthly accounting fees and possibly paying less cotisations with the help of a new accountant. I have not filed anything due to this ongoing problem with my EURL. I do not know where to start or what I need to pay at this point in time. I have not received any notification from the auto-entrepreneur office stating that I should have started filing in April when the company was created.

My present accountant is still waiting for a response from the greffe. I have not provided any of my accounting records to the present firm since February and am now concerned about filing taxes. I believe that my present accountant should file taxes for my EURL from January 2016 to March 2016 but not sure about after that.

I would also like to know what I should do as far as my auto-entrepreneur status and filing. I do not want to have any penalties going forward but since there is this problem of overlapping companies I don’t know where to start, who should file and when.
