Document To Report Beneficiaries for SASU
So glad I found this forum, the depth of information here is brilliant.
I had a letter through the post a few days ago from Greffe Du Tribunal De Commerce De Bobigny. It is reminding me of my obligation to declare the beneficiaries of my company (there is only myself).
It tells me to go to infogreffe.fr/rbe, download and sign the form and upload it. It says I have a month to do this otherwise I risk a fine or imprisonment!
I checked through the PDF files on my PC, and my accountant sent me this form to sign and send back to her earlier this year when she was setting the company up for me.
Is there a chance she has forgotten to upload this document - hence the letter telling me I have a month to reply?
I used this site here to view the documents filed for my company .
Would the ‘DOCUMENT RELATIF AU BENEFICIAIRE EFFECTIF D’UNE SOCIETE ’ be listed here if my accountant HAD uploaded it?
