Do the auto-entrepreneur changes mean I have to re register?

I registered with the Greffe last year as an Agent Commercial under the auto-entrepreneur business scheme as profession liberale. I have read about some changes to the system and that auto entrepreneurs have until 18 December to sort out.

Does this mean I have to re-register with the Greffe?
Will this affect how the cotisations are calculated and paid?
