Do I need to invoice my auto-entrepreneur business in order to pay myself?

When I want to pay myself by transferring money from my auto-entrepreneur bank account and my personal bank account, do I need to issue an invoice each time?
Is paying myself considered part of the business expenses (should payments to myself be listed as expenses in the accounting, in my case an Excel file)?
