Do I need to apply for permission to sell from my home?

I’ve just registered as Autres commerces de détail sur éventaires et marchés. I intend to sell my products both to private individuals at markets etc., from my warehouse and wholesale (delivered). Have I registered as the correct main activity? Also, I asked my insurance for a quote but it does not include insurance at my premises? Do I need to apply for change of use planning permission to sell from my home?
