Do I need a qualification to teach English in France?

I setup an auto-entrepreneur business to teach of English as a foreign language in France. Some of my students are asking for Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) teaching. Do I need a separate qualification to teach this? I have a degree in English Literature, a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certificate and years of experience.

Also, I want to teach professionals and therefore I need a compte personnel de formation (CPF). Can you tell me how I can get a CPF?
