Do I still qualify automatically for ACCRE?

I am about to register as an autoentrepreneur, and am 50 years old. I have worked over here, for a French company and as a short term worker through an agency, and also using cheque-emploi, but not during the last year. I am not currently registered as unemployed with the ANPE, do I still qualify automatically for ACCRE exemption due to my age?
