Disabled toilets access in bar / restaurant compulsory in 2015?

I am thinking of buying a small bar with a 30 seater restaurant. I understand the rules on providing disabled toilets in bar / restaurants is changing in 2015. Presumably under new EU legislation, or French legislation. Will we be liable to have to put in a toilet large enough for disabled access? Will this become illegal in 2015?
