Declaration sociale des independents?

I think I may have misled you in my previous question as I omitted to mention that on visiting the local Chambre de Commerce recently, they completed a form cancelling the original auto-entrepreneur retrospectively (as of 1 October 2014) and I have re-started as of 1 March 2016.

I was unaware that it was necessary to end one business and start another before visiting the Chambre de Commerce and had therefore continued to file nil quarterly returns. Perhaps this is why I have received the Declaration and if so, do I need to complete it?
