CPAM to RSI - how would this affect my health cover in France?

My daughter has just completed the five day course at the Chambres des Metiers. The concern is that at present she is covered for healthcare as a dependant of her husband who is retired and therefore paid for by the UK government.

Is it correct that once registered her healthcare will automatically be taken from CPAM and given to RSI?
As this would be a very small business - no more than a few hundred euros per year - will she be eligible for health cover on her own under RSI?
Is there a minimum amount that must be earned to qualify?
