Confused by micro bic and auto entrepreneur?

On searching the forum I found this thread which made me re consider whether micro bic remained the best system for my chambres d’hotes mentioned in my previous question.
It would appear at in terms of social charges the micro bic offers me a more preferable option re social charges. Assuming I have understood the micro bic, social charges are calculated as 45% of 29% of bed and breakfast sales. However if we offer table d’hotes does this calculation change?
Also we are considering offering english holidays as a fully inclusive package for students. The students would be staying with us in our own home and paying a fixed price for full board and an English experience - how would this fit within the micro bic system?
