Closing down an auto-entrepreneur and URSSAF declarations
I closed myself down my auto-entrepreneur over six months ago, after setting myself up and deciding soon after that it was too soon after moving to France to start my business. Since sending off the closure forms, I have received two trimestrielle declaration forms through the post from URSSAF. I completed the first thinking it was perhaps usual as part of closing down, but now I have the second one I am not sure. If I tried to register online at http://www.lautoentrepreneur.fr to do the submission online and check my status, but I am unable to register because it gives me a message that the SIRET number has been closed.
Is it normal to continue to receive URSSAF declarations or does it sound like there has been a breakdown in communication somewhere along the line ?
