Closing a business with regime micro social?

I previously asked a question about closing a business and the impact on RSI. When I registered the business initially it was set up as auto entrepreneur and registered through the auto-entrepreneur site but I believe after a discussion it was agreed it should be regime micro social.

I have paid the RSI and any tax by trimestre as for auto-entrepreneur and have always declared my chiffre d’affaires by trimestre. In order to close down the business should I go onto the auto-entreprenneur site and select the cessation of business see link? I cannot see on this first page where I would input my last chiffre d’affaires which infact is 0. Is this done on subsequent pages or is it done via a different method.
