Classification for Auto-Entrepreneur and Loi Macron?

I received a letter from INSEE Certificat d inscription which has my siret and siren numbers on.

On the form I added Concepteur de site web as per your recommendation, however on the APE code from Insee it states 6201Z Programmation Informatique. Is this OK, or should I contact them?
On societe.com it states my Date Creation Enterprise was back in 2014 when I registered for the first time. As per my previous question I had closed this down and had just over a one year break before re-starting on the auto-entrepreneur business. What date do they consider for Loi Macron?
