Clarification regarding auto-entrepreneur monthly cotisations?

Could you please clarify for me exactly what is included in the monthly cotisations that I pay to URSSAF for my registered business in France? In particular, can you confirm that they include payments for health cover.
Apart from any assurance sante complementaire that I might decide to take out, are all my health costs included in the cotisations, or will I receive an invoice from anyone else for health cover?
Also, is the 2.2% of business turnover I pay via the cotisations for income tax the only income tax I pay and I therefore don’t need to include my earnings on my husband’s annual tax return as I did when I was employed?
