Claiming materials costs as an auto entrepreneur

I am an auto-entrepreneur builder / renovator. Can you confirm whether I can deduct materials from my turnover for social charges purposes?
If so, how do I do that?
I am thinking of changing to REEL in 2018, mainly to offset materials so that the customer isnt penalised as I currently pay 25% on all turnover.
