Children and toilets on work premises

I currently rent a small office of 12m2 that I use to hold English lessons for individuals and small groups. The office is part of a bigger office that is owned by another company, however my part is completely separate with its own front door. The toilet for these premises is in the main part of the building and I am unable to have access to it at certain points. In the eyes of the law, is this a problem? Are there laws about having toilets in areas where the public come in? There is a public toilet about 15 metres away.

I would like to host groups of children from about the age of 3 to 13 years old. Are there any particular laws I need to abide by?

Thanks again for your help
