Changing from impot liberatoire to regime micro entreprise?

I wish to change from paying my tax quarterly (impot liberatoire) to paying 12 months down the line. I believe that I need to inform my impot department and also the RSI before the end of December.

  1. Can you kindly advise an illustration of the correct wording that I should use please?
  2. Is it possible to request this by a word attachment by email or do they have to be in paper letter form sent by recorded delivery?
